At Soul Aura, we strive to provide high-quality, custom-printed T-shirts that you’ll love. Since each product is made on-demand, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy with a few exceptions. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds/replacements only in the following cases:
✔️ The item received is damaged or defective.
✔️ The print quality is incorrect or misaligned.
✔️ The product differs from the design ordered.
🔸 We do not accept returns for:
✖️ Wrong size selection by the customer (please check our size chart before ordering).
✖️ Change of mind or personal preference.
✖️ Minor color variations due to different screen resolutions.
✖️ Normal wear and tear, improper washing, or accidental damage after delivery.
2. How to Request a Refund/Replacement
If your order qualifies for a return or refund, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Attach clear images of the defective/damaged item showing the issue.
3️⃣ Our team will verify and respond within 2-3 business days.
4️⃣ If approved, we will offer:
- Replacement of the product (free of cost).
- Refund (if replacement is not possible).
🔸 Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
3. Cancellation Policy
Since our products are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled once they are processed. However, if you wish to cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order at soulaura490@gmail.com.
